Pessoas e Sistemas is a management and human resources consulting company. The main functions are consultancy, assessment and performance, recruitment and selection, and outsourcing. We are hiring for a client, candidates with these characteristics:
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Proactive sales for Business solutions to mid and large size customers in/outside Portugal
· Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
· Achieve growth and hit sales targets
· Account manage the clients, develop and grow them
· Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
· Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
· Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
· Continuous development of knowledge of the products and services being offered to clients
· Identify key category and customer issues and opportunities and generate the insight and solutions to resolve these
Profile
· Experience in a similar position of at least 3 to 5 years in B2B (direct sales) environment
· Strong customer focus
· experience in the textile area with preference in the uniform sector
· Analytical thinking and control of multiple data sources
· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
· Self-starter, good work ethic. 'Can do, will do' attitude
· Experience working in cross-functional, interdepartmental teams
· Desire for growth - both for the business and for themselves within the role
· Languages: English and French (preference)
