Under the responsibility of the Chief business development Officer, the Business Developer will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing new business opportunities in the European mobility market.
Key Responsibilities
• Implement the business development plan for the European mobility market.
• Identify and pursue new commercial opportunities with OEMs, tier suppliers, and
operators.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and key
stakeholders.
• Leverage your existing network to accelerate market penetration.
• Follow the sales process from prospecting to contract negotiation and closing, in
close cooperation with the CBDO.
• Collaborate with internal engineering and production teams to align solutions with
customer needs.
• Monitor and report industry trends, competitor activities, and market
developments.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings
across Europe.
Requirements
• Proven experience in business development or sales within the mobility sector
• Fluent in English; proficiency in French, German, or Italian is a strong advantage.
• Willingness and availability to travel extensively across Europe (very frequent
travel required).
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, result-oriented, and able to work from home
• Knowledge in composite and thermoplastic materials is a plus.
