Key Responsibilities
- Prepare classic cocktails and exclusive creations
- Ensure flawless and functional mise en place
- Serve guests with courtesy and discretion
- Control stock and manage bar requisitions
- Comply with HACCP and international standards
- Close cash register and record consumption accurately
- Support events and personalized experiences
Profile/Requirements
- Proven experience in 5 hospitality
- Training in Bar and HACCP (preferred)
- Fluent in Portuguese and English (German valued)
- Advanced knowledge of mixology and trends
- Service techniques in luxury environments
- Familiarity with digital ordering systems
- Creativity, attention to detail, and proactivity
- Flexible schedule and versatility
- Ability to work under pressure
