As a Shop Assistant, you will represent the Vila Vita Parc brand, ensuring a distinctive, personalised shopping experience aligned with international luxury hospitality and premium retail standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Personalised service meeting Forbes/LHW standards
- Consultative selling of premium products
- Daily shop operational management
- Execute sales and cross-selling strategies
- Maintain impeccable visual merchandising
- Stock control and inventory support
- Full compliance with SOPs and security
Profile / Requirements
- Experience in luxury retail or hospitality
- Fluent Portuguese and functional English
- German or additional languages valued
- POS and billing system experience
- Strong commercial and sales orientation
- High attention to detail and aesthetics
- Elegant, empathetic communication skills
- Flexible schedule and multitasking ability
- Impeccable professional presentation
