profile:
- Degree in Management, Marketing or Engineering;
- More than 5 years of experience in Luxury Car Brand Management;
- Experience in setting strategic direction and managing projects with multidisciplinary teams;
- Strong communication skills;
- Good at innovative creative professional;
- Understand the luxury retail and/or automotive customer lifestyle
- Fluency in English, both verbal and written
Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate market potential;
- Develop sales plan and budget operation together with the general manager;
- Organize and manage showroom activities and ensure compliance with showroom
operation standards defined by the brand; - Manage the whole cycle of customer acquisition, customer consultation, order
placement to new car delivery process (incl. test drive procedure) - Ensure correct use and full follow up of CRM system and prospects data
management; - Develop and manage strategies to achieve commercial targets;
Manage stock to ensure proper stock level and stock age; - Support and ensure effective sales activity in each marketing event;
- Generate competitor’s activity information;
- Be informed in detail about competitors’ brands and products;
- Pass on filtered and qualitative market, customer feedback in interaction with the
- General Manager Brand;
