F&B MANAGER
 
 
Responsibilities:
 
• Manage and supervise restaurant operations, ensuring compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures.
 • Provide leadership and guidance to supervisors and restaurant staff, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.
 • Monitor and analyze restaurant performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to optimize efficiency and profitability. 
• Ensure excellent customer service by maintaining high-quality standards, addressing customer concerns, and proactively seeking feedback.
 • Develop and implement operational plans, including staffing, training, and scheduling, to meet the company's needs and ensure smooth operations. 
• Monitor and control costs, including food, labor, and inventory, to achieve financial goals and maintain profitability. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, procurement, and culinary, to promote innovation, implement new initiatives, and enhance the food and beverage experience. 
• Stay updated on industry trends, market competition, and customer preferences, and recommend strategies to remain competitive and meet changing demands.
 • Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, and safety standards, maintaining a clean and safe work environment for staff and customers. 
• Manage food, beverage, and equipment inventories. 
• Negotiate with suppliers.
 
 
Profile:
 
Hard Skills: 
 
• Proven experience in restaurant management. 
• In-depth knowledge of restaurant operational practices, including stock management and cost control. 
• Excellent communication skills. 
• Familiarity with POS (Point of Sale) systems and restaurant management software. 
• Knowledge of health and food safety standards. 
• Analytical skills and results-oriented focus.
