- Resolve issues discreetly and efficiently
Profile/Requirements
- Proven experience in 5 hospitality
- High school or hospitality/tourism education
- Fluent in Portuguese and English (German valued)
- Knowledge of reservation systems (Cover Manager)
- Luxury service and protocol techniques
- Excellent communication and professional demeanor
- Ability to handle pressure and resolve conflicts
- Flexibility and attention to detail
- Passion for hospitality and personalized service
