Manufacturing Test Engineer, to work with the manufacturing development team on test software, hardware, and application
People and Systems, a Consulting and Integrated Management of Human Resources company, is looking for integration in a client company:
- Manufacturing Test Engineer (m/f)
Profile:
- Informatics or Eletronic Engineer Bachelor's degree
- Proficient software development skills in one, or more of the following software languages: LabView, NI LabWindows CVI, NI TestStand, C++, C
- Knowledge of automotive communication protocols such as CAN, LIN, LVDS, Flex-Ray, Broad@Reach and flashing concepts of memory devices
- Business fluent English
- Good problem-solving capability
- Ability to work and live a global network environment
Main responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize manufacturing functional tests (electrical);
- Support kick-off meetings and MSD workshops with/in the PML for the assigned project;
- Enforce proper requirements management for the assigned test process;
- Facilitate test coverage analysis process, ensuring adequate test coverage for the assigned test process, request design changes in case test coverage issues in early design phase;
- Track needed test equipment/tools, ensure availability of needed material for all equipment/tool development;
- Perform test equipment buy-off at suppliers, drive capability studies, strain measurement, create list of key parameters to be transferred to quality plan.
