Pessoas e Sistemas is a management and human resources consulting company, whose main functions are consultancy, assessment and performance, recruitment and selection, and outsourcing. We are hiring, for a company in the energy field, a:
Project Management Officer (M/F)
Profile:
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technologies
More than 3 years of experience with complex Project Management (ideally Agile), certification is a plus;
Experience in requirements management (collect, analyze and challenge needs);
Experience in customer management and IT services;
Technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development (plus);
MsProject, Jira, Confluence, ITSM Tools (plus)
ITIL certification and BPM knowledge is a plus;
Ability to design and analyze business processes (as-is and to-be) and lead process analysis workshops;
Fluent Spanish and English is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Development of new software/system implementation, improvements, and launching of an IT new product and service to business areas
Ensure that the deliverables are delivered on time and within budget, scope
Ensure project evolution, control all change management,defining deadlines for milestones and deliverables
Conduct regular meetings with all IT providers,Business areas. Provide and align with project team members, on the project status, issues, change management, etc.
Guarantee the project plan and control, the forecast, and real progress;
Manage the hole IT Ticket cycle: from the end user reporting until resolving that issue or service request.
