As a Reservations Agent at Vila Vita Parc, you will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional experience from the very first moment, guaranteeing accuracy, attention to detail, and service in line with international luxury hospitality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow procedures outlined in the Reservations Manual
- Maximize revenue through reservations
- Verify reservation details and data
- Ensure special treatment for VIPs
- Assign rooms according to criteria
- Prepare performance reports
- Update guest history records
Profile / Requirements
- Experience in luxury hospitality
- Fluent in Portuguese and English
- German a plus
- Strong communication skills
- Organization and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask
- Collaborative team spirit
- Focus on personalized service
- Proactivity and a professional attitude
