The SPA therapist is the one who performs manual or mechanical massages, diagnoses minor injuries and applies the appropriate treatments, taking full responsibility for them. She is also responsible for advising clients on the most suitable treatment and products for their case. Ensures the well-being and care of customers in the SPA facilities, ensuring that they enjoy moments of relaxation and feel satisfied at the end of the experience.

The VILA VITA SPA BY SISLEY offers a wide choice of treatments, known for combining an advanced scientific approach with the finest natural ingredients, including plant extracts and essential oils rigorously selected for their biological properties and according to their affinity with the skin, such as Sisley's Phyto-Aromatic facial and body treatments.
The space is composed of 14 elegant treatment rooms, equipped with the latest Gharieni marqueses, a spacious and well-lit Fitness Studio, with glass walls, promoting classes - group or private - of suspended yoga, power yoga and chakra meditation, as well as the HYPOXI* Studio.
In this role you will perform:
- Ensuring the smooth running of your service area, controlling stocks and requisitioning the necessary products and equipment;
- Checking and preparing the conditions of use, hygiene and cleanliness of the equipment, utensils and spaces of the service;
- Inform the client about the different therapies and massages that are performed and the different techniques used;
- Creating a welcoming environment for guests while they enjoy the SPA facilities and/or treatments;
- Daily operational management of the SPA and dynamization of the space, ensuring a service of excellence.
- Informing the client about the type of treatments that are performed and the different techniques used;
- Use appropriate processes of analysis and diagnosis of the type of treatment appropriate for the customer;
- Select the technical processes of the various therapeutic treatments of face and body according to the characteristics and needs of the client;
- Select and use the equipment and products according to the type of treatment to be performed.
We expect you to have:
- Assiduity, responsibility and sense of duty;
- Dynamic personality, proactive and with taste for work;
- Basic knowledge of interpersonal communication techniques and customer service; Standards and rules of welcome and protocol appropriate to customer service;
- Fluency in the English Language;
- Spa experience in the hospitality area.
