Seeking to enhance and consolidate VILA VITA PARC´s international position in luxury hospitality, we wish to strengthen our team with a Sales Manager. Within our unique operational framework, you will be responsible for overseeing marketing, sales and service requirements pertaining to the resort in specific markets and segments.

Vila Vita Portugal is a company with a family environment well established in the luxury hotels and exquisite gastronomy landscape, operating a significant porfolio of luxury gastronomical and hospitality experiences with a unique near the sea 22 hectares Resort in Porches, a collection of Exclusive Villas, a VILA VITA SPA by SISLEY, a Luxury Boutiques V-Life Shops within the Resort, as well as several unique concept restaurants one with 2 Michelin Stars. In this role you will perform:
- Sales, marketing and the commercial promotion of these luxury products on a national and international scale;
- Planning and preparing all the related services, support and activities for the guests of these properties;
- Overseeing and monitoring revenue development and budget sales in order to reach predetermined targets;
- Evaluating and promoting guest satisfaction; and
- Supporting the Commercial Director, thereby maintaining good communication, coordination and a good work relationship in order to assure the quality and efficiency of all related marketing and sales activities.
We expect you to have:
- Strong commercial skills and proven experience in sales and promotion of Luxury Hospitality services and products, namely exclusive properties and personalized luxury services to the most demanding international guests.
- Have consolidated and relevant experience in luxury 5-star hospitality and have consolidated experience in exclusive Luxury Guest services.
- Embrace your profession with passion, possessing the highest level of integrity and good manners. You are dynamic, flexible and able to respond to constant change and a wide variety of different work situations. You have excellent communication skills.
- Able to work with a large degree of autonomy and are able to interact with other team members in a responsible, proactive and cooperative manner so as to ensure the highest level of motivation and commitment to guest satisfaction.
- Speak at least three languages, amongst which fluent English.
- Possess good financial awareness and like to approach your tasks in an organized and systematic manner. You possess good IT skills on a user level.
You are accountable, resilient and able to work under pressure. - Able to work in a complex, multicultural and multiservice environment, focused on delivering excellent guest service.
- Fluent in the Portuguese Language.
