At Vila Vita Parc, we are looking for an experienced professional, driven by quality and leadership, capable of creating balanced, flavourful, and diverse buffet menus based on Portuguese cuisine with international influences, always upholding the same level of precision and excellence that defines a 5 star resort.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead team in the Staff Restaurant
- Develop varied daily buffet menus using highquality fresh products
- Combine daily protein with salads and healthy alternatives
- Ensure quality control of fresh ingredients
- Supervise daily mise en place
- Oversee HACCP and hygiene standards
- Optimize resources and production workflow
Profile / Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Culinary production training
- HACCP knowledge
- Flunte Portuguese and intermediate English required
- Experience with highvolume buffets
- Mastery of Portuguese and international cuisine
- Strong operational leadership skills
- Organization, precision, and attention to detail
- Availability from 7:30–16:00, fixed days off
