Thomas Portugal is recruiting a Student Success & Sales Coordinator [M/F] for a client in Lisbon.

This job includes responsibility in both commercial and customer care area:
· Providing the requested information, via e-mail, telephone, or in person, creating an empathetic relationship that makes the potential student feel welcome;
· Following up and contact with inbound and outbound leads (individuals and companies)
· Showcasing the courses catalog available at the school, based on efficient interaction with students;
· Supporting the students during their entire application and admission process;
· Cross-collaborating with teachers and other stakeholders at the school;
· Strict adherence to the school's level of excellence, promoting an unforgettable experience with the goal of earning students' loyalty.
Essentials:
· A minimum of 2 years of experience in an international workplace;
· High capacity for planning and organisation;
· Being proactive and solution-oriented;
· Objective-driven, ambitious, and having a strategic vision;
· Listening skills and the capacity to use an empathic approach;
· Excellent competencies in the area of communication and teamwork;
· Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel;
· Autonomy, adaptability, and flexibility;
· Effective in both time-management and stress-management;
· Native English level.
