Talent Acquisition & Development Specialist (m/f)
Summary:
The role involves responsibility for ensuring actions to implement the Talent Acquisition strategy, according to the company's activities and needs, as well as drawing up and controlling training plans, supporting employee development initiatives.
Main responsabilities:
· Identify recruitment needs with head of departments;
· Actively participate in all candidate attraction, recruitment and selection activities.
· Develop end to end R&S processes;
· Advertise and placement job opportunities on the main channels;
· Headhunting candidates
· Screening and conducting interviews;
· Follow-up of applications;
· Develop and control training plans, supporting employee development initiatives.
Profile:
· Requires relevant experience in the strategic aspects of HR management, namely in recruitment, evaluation and development activities
· Training in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or in related areas.
· Experience in international recruitment processes, as well as in project management and learning management systems is valued.
· Strong solution orientation, pragmatism in day-to-day management and priorities;
· Excellent critical sense, attitude and ability to work in a team;
· High communication and interpersonal skills;
· Good planning and time management skills;
· Strong internal customer orientation, achievement of goals and results;
· Experience in Hospitality (preferred)
· Fluent in Portuguese and English.
