At Vila Vita Parc, we seek professionals who embody the art of service, delivering a sophisticated and personalized dining experience aligned with Leading Hotels of the World and Forbes Travel Guide standards. As a First Waiter at Mizu Teppanyaki, you will be responsible for providing a memorable and personalized dining experience based on Asian cuisine.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and escort guests with elegance
- Present menus and clarify doubts accurately
- Serve meals and beverages with precision
- Perform carving, flambéing, and deboning tableside
- Prepare mise en place according to standards
- Comply with hygiene and food safety rules
- Foster a harmonious and efficient work environment
Profile/Requirements
- Proven experience in 5 hospitality and in outlets of asian gastronomies;
- Fluent in Portuguese and English (German valued)
- Knowledge of wines and service techniques
- Familiarity with Micros POS system (preferred)
- Elegance, attention to detail, and professionalism
- Empathetic and effective communication skills
