Vila Vita Parc, a haven of excellence in the heart of the Algarve, is seeking an experienced, dynamic and proactive HVAC Technician to strengthen our Maintenance team. We value professionals with a strong sense of responsibility, up-to-date technical expertise and the ability to perform in highly demanding environments.
Main Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain and repair refrigeration, heating and air conditioning systems (HVAC);
- Diagnose and resolve faults in HVAC equipment such as split systems, chillers, air handling units (AHUs) and boilers;
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance, ensuring proper operation and energy efficiency of the systems;
- Read and interpret technical drawings and installation schematics;
- Collaborate proactively with the Maintenance team in identifying and resolving technical issues.
Profile and Requirements:
- Minimum educational qualification equivalent to Year 9 or a relevant qualification in the HVAC field;
- Minimum of 3 years’ professional experience in similar roles;
- Solid knowledge of installations involving split systems, chillers, AHUs and boilers;
- Proven experience in fault diagnosis and troubleshooting;
- Fluorinated Gases Certification (preferred);
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings;
- Valid driving licence;
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to work as part of a team;
- Sense of responsibility, proactivity and strong problem-solving skills.
