We are delighted to offer an internship opportunity within our People & Culture Department, focused on strategic areas such as compliance, reporting, training, development, and talent acquisition.
As an Assistant P&C Department Intern, you will have the opportunity to support and learn directly from our People & Culture team, gaining a comprehensive understanding of HR functions and the vital role of people management in luxury hospitality.
Vila Vita Parc Brand and Commitment:
- Demonstrate unwavering commitment to the values and mission of Vila Vita Parc, contributing to the preservation and strengthening of the brand’s reputation and identity across all areas of operation.
- Represent and promote the Vila Vita Parc brand in all interactions and activities, ensuring that our standards of quality and excellence associated with the resort are upheld and reinforced.
Compliance & Reporting:
- Support the standardization and updating of People & Culture reports in line with legal and internal requirements.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of dashboards and periodic reports.
KPI Management & Analytics:
- Support the development and monitoring of key indicators such as absence, turnover, planned vs. completed training hours, and more.
- Contribute to data analysis and the preparation of management reports.
Training & Development:
- Assist in the organization of onboarding programs, property tours, and integration of new employees.
- Support in scheduling training sessions, identifying learning opportunities, reporting participation, and analyzing impact.
- Shadow and observe internal training sessions and development initiatives.
Talent Acquisition & Benchmarks:
- Support the collection of recruitment benchmarks by area/role.
- Contribute to the analysis of market trends and competitive practices in luxury hospitality.
- Observe and support recruitment processes and employer branding activities.
Shadowing & Personal Development:
- Rotate across different areas of the department, learning directly from experienced professionals.
- Gain exposure to the dynamics of a luxury resort and understand the strategic role of People & Culture in hospitality.
Personal Skills:
- Respect the property’s standards regarding personal appearance, hygiene, and work environment.
- Show enthusiasm for people, strong interpersonal skills, and curiosity about recruitment practices.
