HMR Portugal is currently recruiting a B2B Account Executive to ensure the fulfillment of business objectives, monitor all matters related to the clients and assume responsibility for guaranteeing service levels through direct relationship with internal and external partners.

 

We are looking for someone with...

  • Degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Management or others in the area of Health Sciences;
  • Professional experience in product management, customer relations or sales, more than 1 year (preferred);
  • Previous experience in the Pharmaceutical and/or Pharmacy sector (preferred);
  • Advanced MS Office user (Excel, Power Point);
  • Fluency in English;
  • Soft Skills in communication and management of interpersonal relationships; Initiative and agility; Analytical thinking; Accuracy and commitment to results.
     

Main responsibilities: 

  • Support the activities of the B2B business, supporting the implementation of the business plan and services for the pharmacy groups;
  • Manage internal relationship with the various stakeholders;
  • Provide follow-up analysis of the B2B business;
  • Ensure commercial support to the sales team within the scope of the B2B offer and support the invoicing process;
  • Provide proactive Client support regarding the use of all B2B services;
  • Manage requests, clarifications and communication of anomalies, articulating with the various departments involved.
