As a Duty Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the resort’s daily operations, ensuring international service standards, and exceptional guest experiences within a world-class 5 stars environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the visible leader of resort operations during your shift;
- Ensure flawless service delivery and highly personalized guest experiences;
- Represent the Executive Management Team with professionalism and confidence;
- Coordinate across departments, anticipating and resolving operational challenges;
- Uphold and elevate the highest standards of luxury hospitality.
Profile and Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in hotel operations or similar leadership roles;
- Proven background in luxury hospitality environments;
- Fluent in English;
- Fluent German and conversational Portuguese are a plus;
- Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or Business Administration (preferred);
- Strong working knowledge of Opera PMS and other hotel systems;
- Availability for rotating shifts (09:00–18:00 | 15:30–00:00);
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills;
- Deep understanding of the expectations of guests and international travelers;
- Genuine passion for service excellence, with strong attention to detail.
