Pessoas e Sistemas is a management and human resources consulting company, that the main functions are consultancy, assessment and performance, recruitment and selection, outsourcing. We are looking for a:
- Functional Software Consultant (m/f)
Profile:
At least 12º degree;
Experience with Windows OS and Office Tools;
Knowledge in HR processes;
Ability to handle client relationship;
Ability to multi-task efficiently;
Good written/verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities/Tasks:
Implement solutions in customers;
Training customer RH teams;
Answer customer questions about specific application functionalities;
Write “how to” articles about main features for further reference;
Be part of internal teams for continuous process improvement.
