We are looking for a dynamic and proactive professional to join our maintenance team. If you have a passion for solving technical problems and experience in areas such as electricity, plumbing, carpentry, and construction, this opportunity is for you. Main Responsibilities:
- Comply with the preventive maintenance plan and carry out daily work orders.
- Perform minor electrical, carpentry, and plumbing tasks.
- Clean and maintain pavements, signage, benches, wooden and stainless-steel elements, among others.
- Ensure corrective interventions and general building upkeep.
- Collaborate with other departments whenever necessary.
- Comply with all health and safety regulations.
Profile and Requirements:
- Proven professional experience in similar roles.
- Basic knowledge of electricity and construction.
- Organisational skills, autonomy, and initiative.
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Driving licence (mandatory).
- Availability to work rotating shifts, including night shifts.
- Knowledge of English.
