Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and accompany guests with excellence
- Promote resort services and facilities (up selling)
- Manage internal and external reservations accurately
- Organize resort tours and guest visits
- Ensure effective communication with other departments
- Handle complaints promptly and elegantly
- Prepare line-up and daily guest information
Profile/Requirements
- Minimum 2 years in 5 hospitality
- Education in Public Relations or similar (preferred)
- Fluent in Portuguese and English (German valued)
- Knowledge of hotel operating systems
- Guest service and complaint management techniques
- Organization, attention to detail, and proactivity
- Flexible schedule and versatility
- Effective communication and professional demeanor
- Focus on excellence and personalized service
