At VILA VITA Parc, we’re looking for a Head of Sports to coordinate a diverse activity programme and lead our team in delivering memorable moments of wellness and fun.
Lead with Energy and Dedication:
- Plan, organize and supervise daily and weekly sport and recreation programmes tailored to all age groups;
- Coordinate and motivate the sports and animation team to ensure outstanding guest engagement and safety;
- Manage materials, spaces and schedules for all activities, ensuring efficiency and readiness;
- Personally deliver sport classes and private sessions in areas such as football, paddle and fitness;
- Ensure guest satisfaction and wellbeing during all interactions and events;
- Maintain accurate scheduling and team rostering, working closely with HR and other departments;
- Lead team briefings and contribute to a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Are You the Energetic Leader We’re Looking For?
- Solid experience in a similar position, ideally in a luxury resort or hospitality environment;
- Strong leadership and organization skills, with the ability to multitask and motivate teams;
- Clear and positive communication skills in both Portuguese and English (other languages are a plus);
- Dynamic, proactive and committed to creating exceptional guest experiences;
- Knowledge of various sports disciplines and safety protocols;
- Professional, punctual, and focused on quality and service excellence.
