As a Hospitality intern at Vila Vita Parc, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that every guest enjoys a seamless and extraordinary stay from the moment the guests arrive until their departure. You will be at the forefront of guest engagement, handling their requests, anticipating their needs, and creating memorable experiences that highlight our commitment to service excellence. Your responsibilities will include:
Vila Vita Parc Branding and Commitment:
- Demonstrate a steadfast commitment to the values and mission of Vila Vita Parc, contributing to the preservation and strengthening of the brand's reputation and identity in all areas of operation.
- Represent and promote the Vila Vita Parc brand in all interactions and activities, ensuring that our standards of quality and excellence associated with our resort are maintained and reinforced.
Guest Arrival and Rooming:
- Greet guests at check-in, accompany them to their room, and explain hotel facilities according to Vila Vita Parc standards.
- Support the reception team doing room assignments in accordance with guest preferences if he does not enjoy the original room.
Concierge Services:
- Handle all guest requests, including restaurant reservations, spa appointments, transfers, excursions, golf, and tennis bookings.
- Utilize upselling techniques to promote resort services and outlets, such as restaurants, spa, yacht rentals, etc.
Guest Engagement and Support:
- Accompany guests throughout their stay, engaging with them, gathering feedback, and addressing any concerns or complaints promptly.
- Anticipate guest needs and create memorable experiences to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty to Vila Vita Parc.
Information Management:
- Update guest preferences through the Property Management System (PMS) - OPERA
- Prepare daily information for guests and operational line-up to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
- Check reservation requests and follow up on VIP assignments and treatment requests.
Interdepartmental Coordination:
- Collaborate with all departments to ensure consistent service delivery and seamless guest experiences.
Personal Competencies:
- Respect the norms of the establishment regarding personal appearance, hygiene, and the working environment.
- Actively contribute to a workplace free from bullying, harassment, or discrimination, supporting an environment of dignity, equity, and mutual respect.
