As a Minibar Attendant, you will be an essential part of the operation that ensures comfort, quality, and consistency in our rooms. With meticulous attention to detail and a team-oriented mindset, you will ensure every guest experiences the Vila Vita standard of excellence from the very first moment.
Main Responsibilities
- Daily replenishment and monitoring of minibars in guest rooms.
- Checking consumption, product presentation, and expiry dates.
- Supporting the Linen Room as needed.
- Strict adherence to hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
- Collaboration with Housekeeping and Operations teams.
- Performing polyvalent tasks inherent to the role.
Profile and Requirements:
- Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and reliability.
- Dynamic, proactive personality with a passion for doing things well.
- Excellent organisational skills and methodical approach.
- Calm and effective under pressure.
- Previous experience in minibar replenishment (preferred).
- Valid driving licence.
- Intermediate level of English.
