This role is essential to maintain a relaxing and impeccable environment around the pools, enhancing the luxury experience for our guests. We are looking for a dedicated professional with attention to detail and a passion for hospitality.
Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure the organisation of the pools and surrounding areas.
- Prepare sun loungers, parasols, and towels for guest use.
- Maintain the pool areas safe, clean, and inviting.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond with professionalism and hospitality.
- Report any anomalies or maintenance requirements.
- Monitor and care for the surroundings to ensure a pleasant environment.
Profile and Requirements:
- Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to the role.
- Well-groomed appearance, professional demeanour, and empathetic guest service.
- Genuine interest in delivering high-quality hospitality service.
- Good communication skills and enjoyment in interacting with guests.
- Flexibility to work in a team and autonomy in completing tasks.
- Availability to work varying hours and capacity to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
- Intermediate level of English.
