In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm welcome and flawless management of luxury rituals. Your contribution is vital to ensuring a seamless, relaxing, and deeply personalized guest journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver premium welcome following Forbes and LHW standards.
- Manage treatment bookings and schedules with high precision.
- Promote and sell high-end luxury cosmetic products.
- Anticipate guest needs with discretion and refined elegance.
- Coordinate guest flow between therapists and facilities.
- Maintain excellence and organization at the SPA reception.
Profile / Requirements:
- Proven experience in 5-star luxury SPA receptions.
- Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or Wellness (SPA).
- Mandatory fluency in English and Portuguese (mandatory requirement).
- Proficiency in SPA management software (e.g., SpaSoft).
- Knowledge of premium cosmetic brands and rituals.
- Excellent grooming and posture aligned with luxury.
- Strong communication skills and sharp attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work various shifts and schedules.
- Empathetic, proactive, and guest-oriented professional attitude.
