As a Seaman at Vila Vita Parc, you will be an essential part of our nautical activities, ensuring safe, engaging and exceptional outings aligned with the highest standards of excellence. With professionalism and a passion for the sea, you will be a true ambassador of the brand to our guests.
Main Responsibilities
- Support the operation and navigation of the resort’s vessels;
- Ensure the safety, comfort and well-being of guests during nautical activities;
- Assist in delivering maritime experiences, promoting excellence in service;
- Ensure compliance with maritime safety regulations;
- Collaborate in basic maintenance and checks of the vessels’ condition;
- Represent the Vila Vita Parc brand with a professional and hospitable attitude.
Profile and Requirements:
- Previous experience in similar roles;
- Recreational boating licence (Seaman or Local Skipper);
- Experience operating vessels up to 20 metres;
- Fluency in English (mandatory);
- Strong orientation towards luxury hospitality and guest service;
- Good communication skills and team spirit;
- Sense of responsibility, proactivity and a passion for the sea.
