At Vila Vita Parc, you will ensure that all digital content reflects our luxury storytelling, visual identity, and the excellence that defines our international reputation.
As Social Media Manager, you will coordinate and supervise the work produced by the Social Media Specialists, ensuring quality, narrative consistency, and strategic alignment with brand guidelines. This is a highly operational and fully onsite role, requiring strong daily presence across the resort and close collaboration with PR & Comms, Marketing, Design, and operational teams.
Main Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily team output
- Validate content before publishing
- Oversee onsite content capture
- Ensure visual and narrative coherence
- Monitor editorial calendar
- Lead production logistics
- Analyze performance and optimize
Profile / Requirements
- 5–7 years in luxury social media
- Degree in Marketing or similar
- Fluent in English and Portuguese
- German language valued
- Mastery of Meta Suite and GA4
- Experience in content production
- Strong PT/EN copywriting
- Knowledge of GDPR and compliance
- Full onsite availability (no remote work)
- Daily onproperty operational presence
