Are you passionate about luxury hospitality and digital storytelling? Do you have the creativity and expertise to create engaging content that inspires and captivates? Are you available to work fully on-site at Vila Vita Parc?
Then you are the talented Social Media Specialist we are looking for to strengthen our online presence and engage our community across multiple platforms!
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a social media strategy aligned with the luxury positioning of Vila Vita Parc;
- Manage and expand our presence on key platforms: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and TikTok;
- Plan, schedule and publish engaging content using social media management tools;
- Collaborate with the Content and Design teams to produce impactful visual materials aligned with the brand;
- Stay up to date with trends to ensure our content remains innovative and relevant.
- Build relationships with followers, guests and influencers;
- Respond to comments, messages and reviews in a professional and timely manner;
- Monitor and moderate user-generated content, ensuring consistency with brand standards;
- Develop partnerships with influencers, bloggers and brand ambassadors to expand our reach;
- Analyze engagement metrics, reach, follower growth and conversions;
- Conduct A/B testing and apply insights to optimize content;
- Create monthly reports to evaluate results and identify improvement opportunities.
Profile / Requirements (on-site role):
- 2–4 years of experience in social media management, preferably in luxury hospitality, tourism or lifestyle;
- Proven track record of growing brand presence and engagement;
- Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools (Metricool, Later, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics);
- Strong creative skills, with experience in content creation, copywriting and visual storytelling;
- Fluency in English; Portuguese and other languages are a plus.
