Inspire Through Wine:
- Curate, manage, and maintain our impressive wine list;
- Guide guests through food and wine pairings;
- Share knowledge and educate guests, conveying your passion for wine in an engaging and professional way;
- Ensure flawless service, anticipating needs and exceeding expectations in every detail;
- Collaborate with the service and culinary teams to guarantee seamless operations;
- Act as a brand ambassador, embodying Vila Vita Parc’s values of hospitality and excellence.
Are You the Talent We’re Looking For?
- WSET Level 1 (mandatory), with preference for WSET Level 2 or 3;
- Proven experience as a Sommelier in luxury hotels or fine dining restaurants;
- Deep knowledge of international wines, regions, and pairing techniques;
- Excellent communication and guest engagement skills;
- Familiarity with Leading Hotels of the World and Forbes Travel Guide standards (preferred);
- Genuine passion for wine, attention to detail, and strong team spirit;
- Fluency in English; other languages are a plus.
