As a Head Waiter at Mizu Teppanyaki, you will be responsible for delivering a memorable and personalized dining experience aligned with the excellence standards of Vila Vita Parc, Leading Hotels of the World, and Forbes Travel Guide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and accompany guests with friendliness and professionalism, ensuring a warm reception.
- Present menus, clarify doubts, and take orders with attention to detail.
- Serve meals and beverages with elegance and precision.
- Perform specialized services such as carving, flambéing, and deboning tableside.
- Ensure proper room setup and mise en place according to defined standards.
- Strictly follow hygiene, food safety, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with the team to foster a harmonious and efficient work environment.
Desired Profile:
- Proven experience in fine dining service within luxury hospitality (Knowledge about LHW and FTG Standards is a plus).
- Functional proficiency in Portuguese and English (German is a plus).
- Knowledge of wines, spirits, and service techniques.
- Elegance, attention to detail, and professional demeanor.
- Empathetic and effective communication skills.
- Team spirit, proactivity, and flexibility.
- Familiarity with Micros POS system (preferred).
