KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Prepare and carry out tests in accordance with internal procedures and applicable standards.
· Perform visual and dimensional inspections of in-process and finished products, as defined in inspection and test plans.
· Accurately record inspection and test results.
· Conduct internal calibration of measuring equipment and ensure proper maintenance.
· Immediately report any deficiencies, malfunctions, or anomalies in equipment, tools, or materials to the direct supervisor.
· Support the investigation of non-conformities and assist in implementing corrective actions.
· Ensure compliance with internal procedures, including those related to Environment and Occupational Safety.
· Collaborate with other departments in solving quality-related issues.
REQUIREMENTS
· Secondary education (12th grade) required; technical training in industrial, mechanical, or quality-related fields is a strong plus.
· Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality control, testing, or inspection functions in an industrial environment.
· Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and standards.
· Strong attention to detail, methodical approach, and critical thinking.
· Proactive, responsible, and good interpersonal skills.
· Basic computer skills (e.g. Excel).
· Availability to work shifts, if required.
