Take on a key role in supervising and coordinating Housekeeping operations, ensuring international luxury standards and meticulous attention to detail. You will lead teams, guarantee quality, and contribute to flawless guest experiences.
Main Responsibilities:
- Supervise room and public area presentation
- Ensure compliance with LHW and Forbes standards
- Coordinate housekeeping team and assign tasks
- Inspect VIP rooms and apply corrective actions
- Manage linen, amenities, and cleaning supplies
- Ensure safety, hygiene, and proper PPE usage
- Report KPIs and drive continuous improvement
Profile/Requirements:
- High school diploma or hospitality training
- Minimum 2 years in luxury housekeeping
- HACCP and safety certifications valued
- Experience with Opera PMS and MS Office
- Fluent Portuguese and advanced English
- German or other languages are a plus
- Leadership, attention to detail, proactivity
- Availability for rotating schedules
- Strong knowledge of housekeeping workflows
