Lead with Precision and Inspiration:
- Support the Restaurant Manager in daily operations, ensuring consistency, precision, and service excellence;
- Coordinate and inspire the front-of-house team, fostering a collaborative, detail-driven environment;
- Deliver personalized guest interactions that exceed expectations at every step;
- Uphold the highest standards of Michelin-level hospitality, hygiene, and presentation;
- Work closely with the kitchen team led by Chef Hans Neuner to create a seamless, world-class experience;
- Contribute to team development, supporting both technical training and personal growth.
Are You the Leadership Profile We’re Looking For?
- Proven experience as Assistant Restaurant Manager or Supervisor in fine dining or Michelin-starred environments;
- Strong knowledge of à la carte service and luxury hospitality etiquette;
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills;
- Discreet, initiative-driven, and genuinely passionate about guest experience;
- Fluent in English (additional languages are an asset).
