At Vila Vita Parc, we are looking for a senior professional to lead our Procurement & Purchasing function, driving supply chain optimisation, sustainable value creation, and a more strategic, data-driven, and results-oriented procurement approach. Reporting directly to the Finance Director, this role will play a key part in supporting operational excellence and maintaining world-class hospitality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Procurement and Purchasing team;
- Define and implement the Procurement strategy;
- Develop strategic sourcing and benchmarking initiatives;
- Lead negotiations with strategic suppliers;
- Analyse spend, pricing, categories and key costs;
- Implement KPIs, dashboards and reporting;
- Ensure compliance with Purchasing SOPs and approval levels;
- Improve processes, systems and data quality, including ADACO;
- Collaborate closely with Finance, Cost Control, F&B and operational departments.
Profile / Requirements
- Degree in a relevant field;
- 5 to 10 years of strategic Procurement experience;
- Proven experience in strategic sourcing;
- Strong analytical and financial capabilities;
- Experience in supplier and contract management;
- Advanced Excel and analytical reporting skills;
- Power BI will be considered an advantage;
- Strong leadership and team development skills;
- Fluent Portuguese and English;
- Luxury hospitality/F&B experience valued but not essential.
