We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Sourcer with experience in high-volume recruitment, a passion for identifying talent, and the ability to develop sourcing strategies aligned with business needs, contributing to the building of high-performing teams.
As part of our Talent Acquisition team, you will play a key role in proactively identifying, attracting and qualifying professionals across the resort, with a particular focus on operational roles and critical business needs. Through differentiated sourcing strategies, you will be challenged to identify and engage with professionals who are not actively looking for a new job, sparking their interest in opportunities at Vila Vita Parc and expanding the reach of our talent attraction strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement proactive sourcing strategies, with a particular focus on high-volume recruitment and operational areas of the resort, including Front Office, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, SPA and others.
- Identify, map and attract active and passive candidates through different channels, with a strong focus on LinkedIn Recruiter, internal databases, ATS and other talent sourcing tools.
- Build, develop and maintain talent pipelines segmented by role, ensuring a continuous and structured approach to identifying professionals for current and future recruitment needs.
- Engage directly with potential candidates and conduct pre-screening interviews, assessing their experience, skills, motivations, expectations and availability.
- Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team and Hiring Managers to define and calibrate target profiles, recruitment priorities and selection criteria.
- Ensure the regular management and updating of candidate databases and talent pipelines, maintaining accurate and reliable information.
- Provide a positive and consistent candidate experience, aligned with Vila Vita Parc's culture, values and standards of excellence.
What We Are Looking For
- Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Hospitality Management or a relevant field.
- Proven experience in high-volume recruitment (mass recruitment), preferably within hospitality, tourism or operations with significant recruitment needs.
- Solid experience in strategic sourcing, active candidate research and talent mapping, including the identification and engagement of passive candidates.
- Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and experience using ATS platforms and recruitment databases.
- Ability to develop differentiated sourcing and talent attraction strategies, identify new talent sources and independently build structured talent pipelines.
- Excellent communication, active listening and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships based on trust and understand candidates' motivations.
- Resilience, creativity and a positive mindset when facing challenges, changing priorities and difficulties in identifying and attracting talent.
- Strong sense of responsibility, transparency and accountability, with the ability to honour commitments, communicate clearly and focus on solutions.
- Willingness to learn, openness to feedback and the ability to turn learning into tangible improvements.
- Fluent in Portuguese and English. Additional languages are a plus.
- Availability to work on-site at Vila Vita Parc, Algarve.
