Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate family-friendly restaurant operations
- Supervise teams during service periods
- Ensure exceptional guest experience standards
- Organise reservations, sections, and service
- Uphold Forbes and Leading Hotels standards
- Promote personalised and welcoming service
- Coordinate communication across operational teams
Profile / Requirements
- Experience supervising restaurant operations
- Experience in luxury hospitality
- Strong Food and Beverage knowledge
- Fluent Portuguese and English skills
- Knowledge of POS systems (Micros prefered)
- Guest and family-focused mindset
- Positive and inspiring leadership style
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
