Key Responsibilities
• Manage and curate wine selection
• Deliver personalised wine pairings
• Ensure wine service to LHW/Forbes standards
• Educate and inspire guests about wine
• Coordinate service with dining teams
• Oversee inventory and cellar organisation
• Represent the brand at wine events
Profile / Requirements
• WSET Level 1 required
• Preference for WSET Level 2 or 3
• Proven Sommelier experience in 5 hotels
• Strong fine dining background
• Knowledge of global wine regions
• Fluent English required
• Additional languages valued
• Excellent communication skills
• Detail-oriented and team-focused
