As a Customer Service Agent, you will ensure every guest journey is meticulously prepared before arrival, delivering personalised, seamless experiences aligned with the highest international luxury hospitality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Pre-arrival personalised guest contact
- Anticipatory preparation of guest stays
- Internal service reservation management
- Accurate PMS/CRM data registration
- Effective interdepartmental communication
- Tailored experience and service proposals
- Compliance with LHW/Forbes standards
Profile / Requirements
- Experience in hospitality or customer service
- Completed secondary education
- Fluency in Portuguese and English
- Knowledge of PMS and CRM systems
- Luxury hospitality experience valued
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong organisational and detail focus
- Proactive, anticipatory mindset
- Absolute discretion and professionalism
