About the Job:

CME is looking for an experienced Document Controller (m/f) to support the delivery of large-scale Data Centre MEP projects. This role will focus on managing project documentation, ensuring accuracy, traceability, compliance, and timely distribution of drawings, technical submittals, reports, correspondence, and records across project teams, clients, and stakeholders. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Administer project information and document governance processes, ensuring consistency, traceability and compliance; 
  • Maintain effective document lifecycle management, from submission and distribution through to archiving and close-out;
  • Maintain the integrity and availability of project information within digital document and data management environments;
  • Support project controls by providing reliable information metrics and document governance reporting;
  • Support collaboration across internal and external stakeholders by facilitating timely document reviews and approvals;
  • Contribute to project governance, handover and compliance activities through effective management of controlled documentation

Requirements: 

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Document Control, Project Administration, or a similar role within construction, engineering, infrastructure, Data Centre, MEP, industrial, or large-scale project environments; 
  • Strong command of English, minimum C1 level, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and multidisciplinary project teams; 
  • Excellent organizational, coordination, and communication skills, with strong attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment; 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and SharePoint, with strong overall digital literacy and confidence in managing project documentation tools; 
  • Experience using Document Management Systems, Common Data Environments, or other project document control platforms is highly desirable; 
  • Proactive, collaborative, and reliable approach, with the ability to work independently while supporting project teams, meeting deadlines, and contributing to efficient information management across the project.
