At Vila Vita Parc, we are looking for a dynamic and passionate sports professional to join our Sports team. You will have the opportunity to promote an active lifestyle among our guests, delivering safe, engaging experiences aligned with the highest standards of luxury hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead sports and recreational activities
• Deliver group classes and personalised training sessions
• Promote wellbeing and active lifestyles
• Accompany guests during activities
• Ensure safety throughout all activities
• Prepare and sanitise sports facilities and equipment
• Support sporting events and guest experiences
Profile/Requirements
• Degree in Sports Science or Physical Education
• Experience as a sports instructor or monitor
• Fluency in Portuguese and English
• First aid certification is an advantage
• Experience in specific sports disciplines is valued (e.g. swimming lessons for children, aqua fitness, Pilates Reformer)
• Excellent communication skills
• Dynamic and positive attitude
• Guest-focused mindset
• Availability for flexible working schedules
