Join the Vila Vita family as a Lifeguard and help ensure the safety and well-being of our guests.
We are looking for dedicated professionals to ensure the safety and prevention of risks for swimmers on our exclusive beach, guaranteeing a calm and secure environment for memorable experiences during the 2026 bathing season.
Main Responsibilities
- Ensure the supervision and safety of swimmers on the beach and in aquatic areas;
- Prevent risk situations through active monitoring and effective communication;
- Carry out rescue techniques and first aid whenever necessary;
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and guest well-being guidelines;
- Collaborate with colleagues and other departmental areas for an integrated operation;
- Report incidents and occurrences.
Profile and Requirements:
- Valid Lifeguard certification and proven experience in the role;
- Strong sense of responsibility, ethics and professionalism;
- Empathy and commitment to luxury hospitality and guest safety;
- Ability to react quickly and make decisions under pressure;
- Team spirit and willingness to support colleagues and departments;
- Availability for rotating shifts;
- Knowledge of English.
