In this role, you will be responsible for carrying out painting and decorative work on various surfaces throughout the resort, helping to preserve the aesthetic and functional quality of our facilities, in line with the high standards set by Vila Vita Parc.
Main Responsibilities:
- Perform decorative painting and apply textures to walls and ceilings;
- Apply varnish and polish wooden elements such as doors and windows;
- Assess the condition of surfaces and adequately prepare work areas;
- Prepare mixtures (paints, varnishes, thinners, etc.) in the correct proportions;
- Measure areas, determine the best type of finish, and create study models when necessary;
- Assist in selecting the most suitable materials and colours for each application;
- Ensure proper maintenance of equipment and tools used;
- Strictly comply with health and safety regulations.
Profile and Requirements:
- Minimum education equivalent to 9th grade;
- At least 3 years of experience in the role, preferably in a hotel or similar environment;
- Strong knowledge of surface preparation, material mixing, and decorative techniques;
- Responsible, organised, and able to work independently;
- Team player with good interpersonal communication skills;
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and available to start immediately;
- Driving licence (mandatory).
