As Assistant Head Waiter, you will support restaurant leadership while ensuring impeccable service aligned with LHW and Forbes standards, delivering memorable moments to every guest.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily service team
- Supervise full mise en place
- Ensure LHW standards compliance
- Deliver premium table service
- Support reservations and guest greeting
- Oversee dining room organization
- Execute wine and beverage service
Profile / Requirements
- 2 years’ experience in similar role
- Restaurant/Bar training preferred
- HACCP certification valued
- Fluency in Portuguese and English
- German knowledge appreciated
- Operational MICROS knowledge
- Flexibility and attention to detail
- Leadership, autonomy, proactivity
- Excellent communication skills
