Fluent German is an essential requirement to deliver a personalized experience aligned with the expectations of this market.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all property operations;
- Manage operations dedicated to the core business segments of leisure and corporate German speaking groups;
- Ensure daily operational excellence;
- Oversee personalized guest experiences;
- Develop high-performing teams;
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation.
Profile / Requirements
- Fluent German mandatory;
- Fluent English;
- Degree in Hospitality Management or similar;
- Minimum five years senior leadership;
- Proven luxury hospitality experience;
- Strong personalized service mindset;
- Strategic leadership capabilities.
