- Assist Guests in discovering unique pieces, offering personalised and attentive service throughout their boutique journey;
- Be an ambassador for our exclusive brands and products, with deep knowledge of their stories, features, and style;
- Maintain boutique presentation with high standards of organisation, aesthetics, and attention to detail;
- Actively contribute to sales goals and client retention through exceptional service;
- Anticipate guest needs, ensuring every interaction is warm, elegant, and memorable.
Are You the Elegance We’re Looking For?
- Genuine passion for fashion, lifestyle, and luxury goods;
- Previous experience in sales or personalised guest service (preferred);
- Strong communication skills, empathy, and a love for client interaction;
- A keen eye for style and a detail-oriented approach;
- Fluency in Portuguese and English (additional languages are a plus);
- Proactive, organised, and a true team player.
