Main Responsibilities
- Coordinate gastronomic and social events
- Prepare BEOs and manage documentation
- Organize menu and beverage tastings
- Supervise event setup and execution
- Ensure effective client communication
- Coordinate internal teams for excellence
- Guarantee compliance with LHW/Forbes standards
Profile/Requirements
- Luxury hospitality experience (min. 2 years)
- Degree in Event Management or similar
- HACCP and international standards knowledge
- Fluent in Portuguese and English; German valued
- Opera or equivalent systems proficiency
- Schedule flexibility and adaptability
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Excellent communication and leadership
- Ability to work under pressure
