Key responsibilities
- Daily production of artisanal breads
- Pastry preparation for breakfast service
- Strict compliance with HACCP standards
- Mise en place for upcoming services
- Product distribution across outlets
- Execution of technical recipes
- Workspace organization and hygiene
Profile / Requirements
- Previous professional bakery experience
- Training in Bakery or Pastry
- Solid knowledge of HACCP
- Luxury hospitality experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Quality and consistency oriented
- Teamwork and collaboration skills
- Schedule flexibility
- Basic English skills
